Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Bookkeeping, Bank Reconciliation, GST, and TDS-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
• Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) regularly.
• Handle GST compliance, including GST calculations, return filing support, and reconciliation.
• Manage TDS deductions, payments, and return filing processes.
• Record and verify accounting transactions in accounting software.
• Prepare vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payment entries.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders when required.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 0 to 4 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
• Good knowledge of:
• Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
• GST Compliance
• TDS Calculation & Filing
• Bookkeeping & Accounting Principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel & Tally ERP
