Walk-in || Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, handle GST-related transactions, manage inventory accounting, and support financial reporting using Tally ERP 9.

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP 9.
• Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, contra, and journal vouchers.
• Prepare and maintain sales invoices, purchase bills, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Maintain supplier and customer ledgers and reconcile outstanding balances.
• Handle GST accounting, input tax credit reconciliation, and assist with GST return preparation.
• Perform bank reconciliation and cash book maintenance.
• Maintain inventory records for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
• Record material receipts, stock transfers, material consumption, and production entries.
• Assist with manufacturing cost calculations and stock valuation.
• Maintain expense records, verify bills, and track outstanding payments.
• Prepare trial balance, ledgers, and monthly accounting reports.
• Assist with TDS, payroll accounting, statutory compliance, and audit documentation.
• Use MS Excel to prepare reports and reconcile accounting data.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company accounting procedures.

• Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Practical knowledge of Tally ERP 9.
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
• Knowledge of inventory and manufacturing accounting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
