Aditya Construction is an infrastructure and construction company working in steel bridge fabrication and erection, as well as civil projects in the Irrigation Department, Uttar Pradesh. We work on projects across India, and our head office is located in Lucknow.

Job Title: Accountant
Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
Experience: 2–3 Years
Qualification: B.Com preferred
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

1. Make daily accounting entries in Tally, including purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
2. Maintain cash book, bank book, ledgers, and other account records.
3. Check bills, invoices, vouchers, and payment details.
4. Maintain records of vendor payments, company expenses, and project-wise expenses.
5. Maintain project-wise correspondence files and keep all letters, emails, bills, and other documents properly arranged.
6. Assist in GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation work.
7. Maintain records of site expenses and coordinate with site staff for bills and documents.
8. Prepare basic reports in MS Excel and submit account details to the senior accounts team.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of Tally or TallyPrime.
• Basic knowledge of accounting entries and MS Excel.
• Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
• Good record-keeping and communication skills.
• Honest, responsible, and willing to learn.

Preferred Experience

Experience in a construction, infrastructure, or steel fabrication company will be preferred.
