Walk-in || Accountant

Role & responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and GAAP/IFRS compliance.
• Oversee tax preparation, filing, and regulatory compliance across local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Lead internal and external financial audits by preparing detailed schedules and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on budget forecasting, variance reporting, and financial strategy.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or CA qualification preferred).
• Experience: 2+ years of progressive accounting or financial analysis experience.
• Technical Skills: High proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Tally) and advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax codes.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and clear communication skills.
