Walk-in || Accountant

We are looking for a candidate who can handle accounting along with Order processing activity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations and process orders
• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally
• Handle sales and purchase entries
• Prepare invoices and maintain proper billing records
• Monitor outstanding payments and conduct regular payment follow-ups
• Maintain and update receivables records
• Handle receipts, payments and basic account reconciliation
• Coordinate internally for order, billing and payment-related matters
• Maintain proper records and documentation for accounting transactions
• Assist in preparing accounting reports and MIS as required

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of Tally is mandatory
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• MS Excel knowledge
