Job Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company accounting, financial, and regulatory policies.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss reports.
• Prepare monthly and periodic management accounts and financial reports.
• Reconcile bank accounts, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial records.
• Prepare invoices, payment records, receipts, and other accounting documents.
• Monitor customer receivables, supplier payments, and outstanding balances.
• Prepare budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial projections.
• Analyze revenue, costs, expenses, and overall financial performance.
• Compare actual financial results against budgets and report significant variances.
• Support management with cost control, pricing, and profitability analysis.
• Prepare project, departmental, and management reports as required.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making.
• Prepare and submit MIRA tax returns and statutory compliance documents on time.
• Assist with internal and external audits and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Stay updated with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial compliance requirements.
• Perform finance, administrative, and sales-related accounting duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree or Advanced Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong knowledge of financial and management accounting principles.
• Good understanding of accounting regulations, procedures, and financial reporting standards.
• Experience using accounting software.
• Knowledge of MIRA tax regulations and statutory submissions is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Good communication, organizational, and time management skills.
