Sales/Purchases/DN/CN/Journal - All Tally entries on day to day basis for Parent Company Santosh Overseas & sister company - Truvison Ind Pvt Ltd
E-invoice & E-waybill preparation
Monthly Salary & Reimbursement booking in tally
Bank entries & Reconciliation
Expense booking & TDS calculations
Statutory
Monthly GSTR 1 & 3B - Preparation & forward to CA office for finalisation
Monthly TDS Data - Preparation & Payment Calculation
Quarterly TDS Return - Data send to CA for filing
Annual PT Return - Data send to CA for filing
Scrutiny
Receivables follow up with salesman/clients
Monthly Scrutiny of ledgers
GST data scrutiny
To interact with sales & service team/distributors/clients in case of any queries
To evaluate salesman performance monthly and share with senior management
Daily sales & outstanding MIS Report
To maintain branch wise price list and update on time to time
In case of schemes launched by Company, to prepare the scheme working and share with concerned
Assisting Auditor/CA - Finalization of Books of accounts
