Walk-in || Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare and process invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment entries.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
• Verify vendor bills and ensure timely payment processing.
• Maintain records of expenses, receipts, and outstanding payments.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Prepare MIS reports and assist with monthly financial closing.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and clients regarding payment and billing queries.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or similar ERP systems.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation is preferred.
• Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience

13 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance is preferred.
