Walk-in || Account Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, bills, and other financial documents.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and monthly accounts.
• Manage GST-related documentation, data preparation, and filing support.
• Maintain proper records of expenses, payments, and outstanding balances.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding invoices and payments.
• Assist in TDS calculations, deductions, and related compliance activities, as applicable.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure accuracy of accounting entries and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Assist with audits and provide necessary accounting documents when required.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned by management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Working knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
• Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
