Walk-in || Account Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records, vouchers, and financial transactions.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
• Prepare and verify client invoices and ensure timely billing.
• Reconcile bank, vendor, client, and ledger accounts.
• Assist in payroll processing and salary-related accounting activities.
• Maintain records related to GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory payments.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for payment and account-related matters.
• Prepare MIS reports, outstanding reports, and other financial statements as required.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of accounting activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Candidates with a background in the staffing or logistics industry will be preferred.
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant experience required.
