Walk-in || Account Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Estimate submission every Quarterly for Regular POs & Additional POs as and when Requested
• Timely invoicing of salary, incentive as per issued invoice SOP and rate cards, PI advance submission
• Travel claims /Vendor bills Management
• PO Consumption analysis (Maintaining Manpower & Expenses Budget Vs Actual tracker)
• VM audit data, consumption report as per issued Pos, estimate Vs. actual data, PO closer data

Preferred candidate profile

• Documentation understanding
• Well versed in data management (online & manual)
• Knowledge of advanced excel is must
• The ability to follow both written and verbal instructions with great attention to detail is essential
• Clear communication skill (Able to express himself clearly in the regional language and understands well)
• Good relationship/ interpersonal skills
• Aware about MS Office.
• Good inspection skills are required
• Good knowledge of accounting activities
