Walk-in || Account Executive (Night Shift)

Role & responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable (AR) & Billing: Generate and dispatch customer invoices according to US contracts, track incoming payments, and follow up on overdue balances.
• Accounts Payable (AP) & Vendor Management: Process US vendor bills, verify purchase orders and approvals, and schedule timely payments.
• Bank & Account Reconciliations: Perform daily or monthly reconciliations of US bank statements, credit card logs, and general ledger accounts to spot discrepancies.
• Month-End & Year-End Closing: Support closing activities including accruals, prepayments, deferred revenue adjustments, and depreciation entries.
• US Tax & Compliance Support: Assist with US sales tax tracking and supporting documentation for audits.
• Reporting & Aging Analysis: Cash flow summaries, and financial packet reviews for US-based management.
• Cross-Functional & Client Communication: Coordinate with US-based clients, vendors, or internal account leads to resolve billing disputes or payment queries during overlapping US-India shift hours.
