Job Description

We are hiring Academic Counsellors for the US Market to engage with prospective students and parents, understand their academic needs, and guide them toward the right learning solutions. This role involves consultative selling and target-based performance.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Connect with US-based students and parents via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
  
• Understand academic requirements and recommend suitable programs
  
• Counsel families on curriculum structure and learning pathways
  
• Convert leads into enrollments through effective follow-ups
  
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  
• Achieve weekly & monthly enrollment targets
  
• Deliver excellent customer experience throughout the admission cycle
  

Candidate Profile

• Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
  
• Freshers are welcome
  
• 0–4 years of experience in Academic Counselling / EdTech Sales / International Sales
  
• Excellent spoken & written English (Neutral accent preferred)
  
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
  
• Target-oriented and willing to work in night shifts
  
• Experience handling US / international customers is an added advantage
