Role & responsibilities

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions via video conferencing
• Manage online course enrollments through EdTech platform
• Collaborate with marketing team on admissions campaigns
• Connect with professionals and senior learners exploring advanced programs
• Assess academic ambitions, professional background, and career trajectory to recommend bestfit programs
• Conduct personalized counselling sessions across multiple touchpoints
• Address queries, overcome objections, and build trust through subjectmatter expertise
• Manage inbound and outbound leads effectively to maximize conversions
• Maintain accurate records of interactions via CRM tools and generate weekly performance reports
• Consistently achieve or surpass monthly enrolment and revenue targets

Incentive: Uncapped Incentive as per Company Policy 6-days a week (1st &2nd Saturday off).
