Role & Responsibilities

• Handle admission enquiries and make outbound calls.
• Counsel students and parents for IIT-JEE, NEET & Foundation courses.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
• Maintain calling records and achieve admission targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate preferred; freshers can apply.
• 02 years of experience in telecalling or counselling.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong convincing and follow-up skills.
• Education industry experience preferred.
