About the Role
We are looking for a talented and creative 3D Visualizer to join our Design Team. The
candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D visualizations, renders, and
presentations that effectively communicate design concepts and project ideas. The ideal
candidate should have strong visualization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to
translate 2D drawings and design concepts into realistic and visually appealing 3D
environments.
Key Responsibilities


Create high-quality 3D models, renders, walkthroughs, and visual presentations
for interior and architectural projects.
Develop realistic materials, textures, lighting, and environments based on design
requirements.

Convert 2D drawings, sketches, and design concepts into detailed 3D models.
Collaborate closely with Interior Designers, Architects, and the Design Team to
understand project requirements.

Prepare photorealistic renders for client presentations and project approvals.
Make revisions and modifications based on feedback from designers, clients, and
management.
¢
Ensure accuracy in dimensions, materials, furniture, finishes, lighting, and other
design elements.

Maintain consistency and quality across all visualization outputs.
Manage multiple projects and deliver visualizations within agreed timelines.
Stay updated with current trends, visualization techniques, materials, and 3D design
technologies.
Required Skills

Strong knowledge of 3D modelling, rendering, texturing, lighting, and
visualization.
Proficiency in software such as:

3ds Max
V-Ray / Corona Renderer
SketchUp
AutoCAD
Adobe Photoshop

Knowledge of Lumion, Enscape, D5 Render, Blender, or similar tools will be an
added advantage.
Strong understanding of interior design, architecture, materials, and spatial planning.

Good sense of aesthetics, proportions, colours, lighting, and composition.
Ability to interpret architectural and interior design drawings.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple assignments.
Experience
25 years of relevant experience in 3D visualization, interior visualization, architectural
visualization, or a similar role.
Candidates with strong portfolios demonstrating high-quality interior and architectural
renders will be preferred.
Education

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, 3D Visualization, or
a related field.
