Role & responsibilities

• Set up new accident claim files in Cloud Claims (Fleet/Freight) within 60 minutes of incident receipt during business hours; next business day for after-hours incidents
• Maintain accurate claim diary with timely updates at every lifecycle stage
• Receive, index, and attach incoming invoices, repair estimates, photographs, police reports, and supporting documentation to claim files
• Conduct thorough audits of claims submissions to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements based on audit findings.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience processing financial transactions and approvals in a claims management system Cloud Claims experience preferred
• Strong understanding of claims processing systems and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and software, including Excel and relevant auditing software.

• Comfortable to work in US shifts (night Shift)
