Role & responsibilities

• Good knowledge of food and beverage service
• Welcome customers, take orders accurately, and provide attentive table service
• Serve food and beverages professionally and maintain proper presentation
• Handle customer queries, requests, and feedback courteously
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, service areas, and dining spaces
• Ensure accurate order coordination with the kitchen and billing counter
• Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting during service
• Support daily caf operations during busy hours and maintain service efficiency
• Follow proper hygiene, service standards, and caf discipline
• Maintain a positive attitude and work effectively as part of a team

Preferred candidate profile

1-2 years of relevant waiter / caf service experience

Able to handel critical situations.
