ABOUT JOB

We are seeking a friendly and professional Waiter/Waitress to provide excellent customer service, take orders, serve food and beverages, maintain cleanliness, and support smooth restaurant operations in Singapore. [ [phone removed] - Call or WhatsApp ]

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and assist customers in a polite and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen/service team.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Clear and reset tables while maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
• Respond to customer requests and provide appropriate assistance.
• Maintain good knowledge of the menu and provide basic recommendations to customers.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards.
• Assist with billing/payment handling when required.
• Support daily restaurant operations and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimum 1–4 years of relevant experience in hospitality, restaurant, hotel or F&B service preferred.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
