Waiter / Steward

Role & responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers professionally.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Coordinate with the kitchen for timely service.
• Serve food and beverages as per restaurant standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup.
• Handle customer requests and complaints politely.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, grooming, and service standards.
• Support the team during busy hours and other restaurant operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• 12 years of experience as a Waiter, Steward, or Restaurant Service Staff.
• customer-handling skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Well-groomed, punctual, and disciplined.
• Able to work in shifts, weekends, and during busy hours.
• Candidates with experience in restaurants, cafs, QSRs, or hotels preferred.
• Both male and female candidates can apply.
