Job Summary
A reputed restaurant in the Maldives is hiring experienced Waiters for immediate placement. Candidates should have excellent customer service skills, good English communication, and experience working in hotels or restaurants.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth restaurant operations.
- Set up and maintain dining tables, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and billing professionally.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter in a reputed hotel or restaurant.
- Good English communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, polite, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ready for immediate joining.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: MVR equivalent of USD 325 per month during the probation period.
- After successful probation: MVR equivalent of USD 350 per month.
- Service Charge: MVR equivalent of USD 50100 per month.
- Free Food provided by the company.
