Wafer Flow Wrap Machine Operator

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Wafer Flow Wrap Machine Operators to operate high-speed horizontal packaging machines for individual wafer and chocolate-coated wafer products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate high-speed horizontal flow wrap packaging machines.

- Set and monitor film tracking, forming box, sealing jaws, cutting mechanism and registration settings.

- Ensure correct pack length, sealing quality, print registration and package appearance.

- Monitor product feeding, pack alignment, rejection systems and machine speed.

- Troubleshoot film breakage, sealing defects, misfeeds, empty packs and cutting issues.

- Perform changeovers for different product sizes, pack formats and packaging films.

- Conduct routine machine cleaning, inspection and basic preventive maintenance.

- Maintain packing efficiency, material consumption, rejection and wastage records.

- Follow packaging quality standards, GMP, food safety and safety procedures.
