Wafer Cream Spreading & Cutting Machine Operator

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced operators for wafer cream spreading, wafer sheet stacking, sandwich formation and wafer cutting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate wafer cream spreading and wafer cutting machines.

- Handle wafer sheet feeding, cream application, layer stacking and sandwich formation.

- Monitor cream quantity, spread thickness, layer alignment and wafer dimensions.

- Set and monitor cutting parameters to achieve the required wafer size and shape.

- Ensure minimum breakage, edge damage, cream leakage and product wastage.

- Coordinate with wafer baking, cream preparation, enrobing and packing teams.

- Perform routine machine cleaning, inspection and basic troubleshooting.

- Follow quality standards, GMP, hygiene and food safety requirements.

- Maintain production records and achieve daily production targets.
