Wafer Batter Mixing Operator

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Wafer Batter Mixing Operator to manage wafer batter preparation and supply for industrial wafer baking ovens.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate industrial wafer batter mixing systems and ingredient dosing equipment.

- Handle flour, water, oil, lecithin, salt and other approved batter ingredients as per formulation.

- Follow the approved recipe, ingredient sequence, mixing time and batch size.

- Monitor batter viscosity, consistency, temperature and moisture-related process parameters as applicable.

- Ensure proper ingredient weighing, mixing uniformity and continuous batter supply to wafer ovens.

- Coordinate with the wafer baking team to maintain stable oven feeding and product quality.

- Maintain batch records, ingredient traceability and material consumption records.

- Perform routine cleaning, sanitation and basic troubleshooting.

- Follow GMP, food safety, allergen control and workplace safety procedures.
