Waaree RTL - Manager - Treasury

Role Description:

This is a full time on site role for a Treasury Manager located at our Borivali office. The Treasury Manager will be responsible for managing cash flow, financial risk, and liquidity for the organisation. He will oversee the operations and develop strategies to optimise cash management, funding, and investment activities. The Treasury Manager will also maintain relationships with financial institutions, monitor market trends, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualification: MBA/CA/CFA

- 8 - 12 Years of working experience

- Individual contributor role

- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills

- Knowledge of financial markets, investment instruments, and banking regulations

- Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Good knowledge of MS Office specially very good at MS Excel

Work Profile:

- Knowledge of banking operations in operating all types of accounts FD, Current, special accounts, lien marked accounts

- Experience in cash management, treasury operations, and risk management

- Trade finance exposure is must, with all types of instruments, including LCs, PBG, ABG, Contract guarantee

- Discounting of LCs, Factoring with banks and keep tab on cost of LCs, BG and other funding cost

- Vendor financing exposure is preferred with Non Banks to manage operations

- Preparation of CMA and projections for banks in coordination with planning department

- Knowledge of financial modelling, budgeting MIS and strong in excel skills

- Assist in raising term loan and working capital loans, PCFC, EPC, ECB, FCNR

- Monitoring and managing day to banking transactions

- Coordination with banks

- Preparing periodic cash flow projections and mapping actuals against the same

- Manage bank borrowing limits, working on new bank facilities and funding requirements for the parent and subsidiary companies

- Treasury and MIS to management

- Have knowledge of foreign remittance

- Managing and enhancing banking relationship across various banking partners
