• Good understanding of Microsoft Autopilot and Intune is required.
• Knowledge of Windows 11 deployment and upgrade strategies.
• Understanding of Windows Update for Business, update rings and patch management via Intune.
• Experience in configuration management using configuration profiles and other Intune features.
• Understanding of compliance policies for Windows and mobile devices.
• Knowledge and experience in managing security settings like Bitlocker, security baseline and other security features via Intune
• Application deployment for Windows and mobiles devices via Intune.
• Knowledge and understanding of app protection and configuration policies.
• Reporting using Intune and Endpoint Analytics.
• Experience with Windows and mobile device management using Intune.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID.
• Understanding of conditional access policies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Scripting tool knowledge ( PowerShell or any scripting tool )
