Roles and Responsibilities
- Set up and manage VTL CNC machines, including programming, setting, and operating Okuma VMC/HMC machines.
- Perform daily machine checks to ensure optimal performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Program VTL CNC machines using G-code or other programming languages as required.
- Monitor machine operation during production runs to ensure quality output meets specifications.
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery and equipment as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-8 years of experience in operating VTL CNC machines, preferably on an OEM setup (Okuma).
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Tool & Die Making from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and understanding manufacturing processes.
