- Experience: 3-6 years of hands-on experience in integration development, ETL scripting, and database manipulation in enterprise project environments.

- Platform Exposure: Familiarity with CRM architecture, bulk API mechanisms, object structures, and data loading limitations.
- Core Competencies: Detail-oriented with strong debugging skills, data reconciliation abilities, and collaborative problem-solving within Agile delivery teams.
