About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Python & AI Application Developer to build cutting-edge, production-ready Generative AI solutions. If you are passionate about building real-world enterprise applications that combine LLMs, RAG architectures, and robust backend frameworks to solve complex business problems, we want you on our team!
What Youll Do
- Build AI Apps: Design and develop scalable Python applications integrated with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Azure OpenAI).
- Architect GenAI Solutions: Implement RAG pipelines, vector databases, prompt engineering, and autonomous AI agents.
- Develop APIs & UIs: Build fast, clean backend services using FastAPI / Flask and interactive front-ends using Streamlit / React .
- Manage Data & Cloud: Handle SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, DuckDB) and deploy containerized applications using Docker and cloud platforms ( AWS/Azure/GCP ).
- Own the Lifecycle: Take solutions from concept to production, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
What You Need
- Core Tech: 2 to 4 years of strong Python programming experience (OOP, REST APIs).
- GenAI Ecosystem: Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, Prompt Engineering, Vector Databases, and RAG frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).
- Backend & Web: Proficiency in FastAPI , Flask , or Streamlit .
- Databases & DevOps: Solid working knowledge of SQL/PostgreSQL and containerization tools like Docker and Git/GitHub .
- Mindset: Problem-solving attitude, independent execution, and a passion for emerging AI tech.
