We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer with a passion for quality and cutting-edge tech. In this role, you will be responsible for testing both traditional web applications and advanced AI/GenAI platforms. You will build robust automated test suites, validate API workflows, and ensure the reliability, accuracy, and safety of AI models, RAG pipelines, and LLM guardrails.

• Automated Testing: Build and maintain automated test suites for UI, API, integration, and regression testing using modern frameworks.

• AI & LLM Validation: Test and validate AI workflows, model outputs, retrieval accuracy (RAG), and security guardrails (including hallucination and prompt-injection testing).

• Performance & API Testing: Conduct API testing via Postman and performance/load testing using tools like JMeter or k6.

• Defect Management: Track, report, and manage software defects through the development lifecycle, ensuring prompt resolution.

• CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated test pipelines into CI/CD workflows and support seamless deployments.

• Automation Frameworks: Strong hands-on experience with Selenium or Playwright.

• Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python or JavaScript / TypeScript.

• Testing & Tools: Experience with testing frameworks like pytest, API tools like Postman, and performance testing tools (JMeter or k6).

• Database & DevOps: Solid working knowledge of SQL and CI/CD pipelines.

• AI Quality Knowledge: Familiarity or interest in LLM evaluation, RAG validation, and AI security testing.

• Automation-focused QA engineer with the unique ability to test both conventional software applications and complex AI-powered platforms.

• Based in (or able to work from) Mumbai with a strong preference for immediate joiners.
