VS01741 - Oracle Banking Technical Consultant Implementation

Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Consultant with 4-8 years of implementation experience in Oracle Banking products, primarily across Core Banking, CASA, OBIC, and Corporate Deposits (CD), Gateway (Webservices/Rest), Generic Asicii Interface

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy patchsets and hotfixes across implementation and support environments.
• Support End-of-Day (EOD) processing, troubleshoot common EOD issues, and resolve EOD aborts.
• Perform migration activities, including data uploads using upload utilities and post-migration reconciliation.
• Develop stubs and scripts for data patches, reconciliation, temporary fixes, and EOD issue resolution.
• Deploy applications and updates on the Tomcat application server.
• Analyze and tune Oracle database performance to support application processing.

Required Technical Skills

Hands-on experience with the ODT technology stack, including RAD and PL/SQL. (includes Gateway (Webservices/Rest), Generic Asicii Interface)

• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database and database performance tuning.
• Working knowledge of Java.
• Experience with patchset and hotfix deployments, EOD troubleshooting, migration utilities, and reconciliation.
• Familiarity with application deployments on Tomcat.
• Implementation experience in Core Banking, CASA, OBIC (Critical), and Corporate Deposits.

Secondary Skills

• Technical knowledge of Oracle Banking Party (OB Party) and Oracle Banking Payments (OBPM).

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with Oracle Banking version 14.6 and above.
• Onsite implementation or support experience at customer locations.
