Required Skills

• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans.
• Break projects into phases, workstreams, tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
• Track progress against project timelines and identify schedule variances.
• Monitor milestone completion and notify stakeholders of upcoming or overdue milestones.
• Track deliverables, owners, due dates, and completion status.
• Identify project risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies, and recommend mitigation actions.
• Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and action logs.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports.
• Produce executive dashboards with RAG (Red, Amber, Green) project status.
• Schedule meetings, capture meeting minutes, and track action items through completion.
• Send reminders for pending tasks and approaching deadlines.
• Draft stakeholder communications, status updates, escalation emails, and executive summaries.
• Monitor project scope and identify change requests or scope creep.
• Support Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Provide recommendations to improve project delivery, resource utilization, and overall project health.
