VP Revenue - Online Channels

We're hiring: VP, Revenue, Online Channels | Bangalore | Full-time | 10-15 yrs

Our client is a fast-growing, investor-backed healthy kitchenware brand with 200Cr+ in annual revenue, 10 lakh+ customers and a 170+ person team. They sell across D2C, marketplaces, quick commerce and offline retail, and are aiming for 1,000Cr+ as a profitable consumer brand. They recently raised a Series B to fuel the next phase of growth.

They need a leader to own the online business P&L across D2C website, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra/Ajio and quick commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart).

What you'll own

• Revenue targets and channel P&L, from topline through CM1/CM2
• D2C: conversion, AOV, CAC/ROAS/MER, prepaid share, RTO and repeat revenue
• Marketplaces: platform relationships, ad efficiency, listings, ratings and CM2
• Quick commerce: city and dark-store performance, fill rates, assortment and platform negotiations
• Availability and inventory, working with supply chain and operations
• Building and leading channel teams that think like business owners

What you bring

• 10-15 years in e-commerce, D2C or consumer businesses
• Hands-on experience across website, marketplaces and quick commerce
• Prior ownership of a meaningful revenue and P&L number
• Strong unit economics and data skills, comfortable going from a 100Cr plan down to a single SKU's availability in one city
• Proven ability to negotiate with platforms and lead high-performing teams
