VP of Delivery - Cloud,Cybersecurity & AI

iLink is looking for a VP of Delivery - Infrastructure Services to manage and deliver the existing projects, grow these accounts, implement best in class delivery process and take ownership of overall delivery.

 Job Description:

• Overall responsibility and ownership of IT Infra Service Delivery, managing to agreed-upon standards, targets and KPIs.
  
• Work closely with customers, build relationships, oversee deliverables and exceed expectations
  
• Implement best in class delivery process and work closely with audit and compliance teams.
  
• Develop an effective project management strategy, implement techniques, and mentor the team in the discipline.
  
• Works alongside and closely with the Infrastructure personnel to make sure that all systems and applications are working properly such as databases, network, and application servers.
  
• Design, implement, and manage data storage systems and components.
  
• Ensure and participate in (self-developed) monitoring of infrastructure performance and proactively (and reactively) address risks and (upcoming) issues.
  
• Creatively and continuously improve technology services processes.
  

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum 18 years operational experience in IT Infrastructure support and projects
  
• Should have managed and delivered large scale infrastructure projects implementation and migrations
  
• Should have managed an Infrastructure practice from hiring, resource training needs, market strategies and taking the practice to next level
  
• Should have handled team for Azure migrations, On-Prem Migrations, O365 Migrations and large scale data center operations
  
• Should have handled team with minimum size of 30 (Onsite (US) and Offshore model)
  
• Proficient knowledge and experience in Local Area Networks (Cisco, Aruba). Cisco Certification CCNA or CCNP preferred.
  
• Experience managing wireless network infrastructure, Aruba expertise highly preferred.
  
• Knowledge of TCP/IP network protocols, DNS, DHCP, SD-WAN, IP Sec VPN and MPLS.
  
• Proficient knowledge and experience in Wide Area Networks
  
• Proficient knowledge and experience in Office infrastructure (incl. server room maintenance, printers, PBX and IPT telephony systems)
  
• Proficient in Technical design skills
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
