VP Facultative Reinsurance

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage reinsurance relationships with key clients, ensuring timely settlement of claims and resolution of disputes.
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management skills to effectively communicate with internal teams, external partners, and clients.
• Analyze complex data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth in the reinsurance business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans for new product launches and market expansions.

Job Requirements :

• 7-10 years of experience in a similar role within the insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of reinsurance products, policies, and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
