VP - Business Development

We are hiring a VP - Business Development (HNI / UHNI Client Acquisition) for our client, one of India's leading independent wealth advisory firms.

As the VP - Business Development, your responsibilities would be:

• To lead strategic client acquisition and business development initiatives for ultra-HNIs.
• To drive data acquisition using public directories, professional networks, and area mapping.
• To conduct data mining on existing databases and liaise with group and non-group entities for future business.
• To manage end-to-end prospect ownership, including scheduling RM meetings, updating internal systems, and closing conversions.

Requirements

• Proven track record of driving a year-on-year increase in AUM.
• Experience in managing an AUM of 150 - 200 Cr.
• Extensive background and experience in the investment or financial services industry.
• Excellent written and oral communication, along with strong selling skills.
• Strong expertise in relationship building, teamwork, and collaboration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint).
