About this role
Key responsibilities:
- Lead placement of ECM transactions including IPOs, QIPs, Rights Issues, Preferential Allotments, OFS, Block Deals and Pre-IPO Placements
- Develop and execute investor outreach strategies to ensure successful placement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international institutional investors, HNIs, family offices, AIFs, PMSs and other capital providers
- Track capital market developments, fundraising trends, sector performance and investor sentiment; analyse comparable transactions, valuations and pricing trends
- Prepare investor presentations, placement memorandums, teasers and transaction summaries; maintain an updated investor database and deal pipeline
Significant prerequisite: an established, active network across institutional investors, family offices, HNIs, AIFs, PMSs, corporates and market intermediaries. Please be ready to discuss named relationships.
