VP - AIF Cat II - Fund Distribution

Job Description

Looking for 10-15 years+ experience in AIF fund sales and distribution. Squareyards is planning its maiden Real Estate Cat II AIF Fund and looking for experienced and qualified resources to join its asset management team in Mumbai

Responsibilities

• create sales pipeline with financial institutions, wealth firms, IFAs, family office
• pitch fund benefits and work on creating long term investments charters
• conduct sales training to distribution partners
• manage distribution networks operations and fees management
• prepare marketing budgets to marjet the fund in onshore and offshore markets through offline and online methods
• track sales pitch to conversion with team members and take targets
• collaborate with asset management team members to support investors KYC and onboarding, including periodic fund performace updates

Qualifications

• MBA qualification is a must
• understanding or working experience in real estate sector
• experience in sales and distribution of securities is a must, real estate securities will preferred
• understanding of regulations around AIF is a must
• experience of 10-15+ years is must
