Roles & Responsibilities

• Test VOIP applications with different test setups

Document test cases related to testing of VOIP
Create tickets and reports for the testing scenarios
Configuring and maintaining the infrastructure including hardware and software
Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to assigned tasks
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical guidance.
Visit to field sites for troubleshooting & maintenance

Skills •

In depth understanding of VOIP technologies and protocols

Hands-on strong experience in working with Cisco Call manager & Cisco phones
Certification of Cisco Advanced Call Control & Mobility Services shall be preferred
Good knowledge of VOIP testing tools and simulators
Strong analytical & logical skills for debugging and problem solving
Coding skills with C/C++ is preferred
Experience with different call managers and COTS VOIP phone shall be an added advantage
Knowledge of issue trackers and software lifecycle management is desirable
Excellent communication skills for effective interactions
