• Excellent English Communication Skills
• Adherence to U.S. Shift Timings

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage assigned receivables portfolio by ensuring outstanding/denied claims are resolved
• Undertake denial follow-up and appeals work, wherever required or as instructed
• Escalate difficult collection situations to Team Leaders and seek education and instruction. This is a target and quality based role
