Key Responsibilities:

• Handle warm-transferred patient calls after appointment scheduling.
• Collect patient care history using standardized questionnaires.
• Complete the New Patient Checklist and document information in the EMR (PowerChart).
• Gather information required for medical record collection.
• Coordinate interpreter-assisted calls and patient callbacks, when required.
• Maintain quality, accuracy, and HIPAA compliance.

Required Skills:

• Min. 1+ years of experience in US Healthcare Operations/ US Process.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Strong documentation and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple applications.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday
