Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone calls in Telugu language.
• Provide excellent customer support by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management for call handling, sales conversion, and customer satisfaction ratings.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 years of experience in BPO industry or related field (freshers can apply).
• Any graduation degree proficiency in Malayalam is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Telugu
• Strong convincing power for outbound sales; comfortable with cold calling and telesales.
