International Voice Process / Customer Support Executive role. Key Responsibilities:

• Minimum 1yr+ experience in International Voice
• Handled international inbound calls
• Provide customer support and resolve queries effectively
• Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT) and quality standards

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process from BPO Company
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Strong customer handling & problem-solving skills
• Flexibility working in night / rotational shifts
