Voice Process Executive - US

Role & responsibilities

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused senior process
associate to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal
candidate will have prior experience handling US customers, possess
excellent communication skills, and demonstrate strong sales and
customer service abilities. This role requires working in the US Night
Shift from our Coimbatore office.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls from US clients
  professionally and efficiently.
  
• Understand customer requirements
  
• Resolve customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
  
• Achieve individual and team performance targets.
  
• Understand business objectives and contribute towards process goals.
  
• Learn and effectively use company tools, CRM applications, and
  internal systems.
  
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records in the system.
  
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and process guidelines.
  

Required Skills & Eligibility

• 6 months to 1 years of experience in a US International Voice Process,
  preferably.
  
• Strong sales aptitude and customer handling skills.
  
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  
• Experience handling international customers is mandatory.
  
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to work on CRM/tools.
  
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
  
• Willingness to work in US Night Shifts.
