We are looking with excellent written and Verbal communication skills who are passionate about helping customers through Voice/Chat Process
Eligibility:
- Graduate with 1+ years of experience in banking/fraud process
- Cibil score should be above 680 (mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent computer knowledge and typing speed.
- Good problem- solving abilities.
- Chat/Voice Experienced Preferred
- No absconding Cases considered
- immediate joiners only
Shift timings:
- Day & Night shift rotational (9 hours)
- week off: Any 2 rotational week- offs
