Network Voice Engineer ,CUCM, CUBE, UCCX, F9, SIP, RTP Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) 1.

Maintain and configure CUCM, CUBE routers, SIP Trunks, Call routing policies, Voice gateway, voicemail (Unity) and collaboration endpoints. 2.

F9 platform management including create/manage F9 accounts, Configure IVR/call flows, workflow optimization and troubleshoot operations issues 3.

Knowledge about system monitoring and having troubleshooting skills. 4.

Knows how to use prognosis for voice quality, resolve latency issues, setup QoS 5.

Perform analysis, coordinate escalations and manage customer high priority calls 6.

Ability to plan the capacity and suggest and conduct upgrades 7.

Ability to prepare SOPs, KB articles and train the team members on the required skills learned from different platforms 8.

Scripting knowledge about PowerShell, Python and Akkadian Provisioning. Soft Skills: 1.
