Voice Customer Support Representative

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executives. The candidates will be responsible for handling customer calls, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via phone calls, to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  
• Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to meet customers' needs.
  
• Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer feedback.
  
• Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software for future reference.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-2 years of experience in voice process (customer support) or related field.
• Graduate and Undergraduate both can apply.
• Comfortable to work in Rotational shifts.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking.
