Looking to onboard a skilled Voice Coach with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibility - Develop and implement effective voice coaching strategies to enhance employee performance.
- Conduct training sessions on vocal techniques, pitch, and tone for improved communication.
- Collaborate with employees to identify areas of improvement and provide constructive feedback.

- Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members to help them develop their skills.
- Analyze data to track progress and make recommendations for improvement.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in voice coaching or a related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
- Experience working with diverse groups of people and adapting to changing situations.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools is expected.
