Voice Coach (Immediate joiners) - Mumbai

Location: Mumbai, Malad

Shifts - Night shifts predominately, 5days

Key Responsibilities

• Training delivery: Conduct structured training sessions on voice modulation, accent neutralization, and pronunciation.
• Curriculum design: Develop training modules, lesson plans, and practice exercises tailored to customer support needs.
• Assessment: Evaluate trainees communication skills through tests, role-plays, and live call monitoring.
• Feedback: Provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve clarity, tone, and customer engagement.
• Soft skills integration: Incorporate empathy, politeness, and professionalism into training programs.
• Continuous improvement: Update training content based on evolving customer expectations and industry best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with operations and quality teams to align training with performance goals.

• Accent reduction and speech clarity.

• Presentation skills and group facilitation.
• Adult learning methodologies.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any Bachelors degree
• Minimum 1 year of experience in voice and accent coaching, preferably within BPO environment/ Freelancers also can apply.
• Strong knowledge of phonetics and global communication standards.
• Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and motivational skills.
