About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Voice & Accent (VNA) Trainer to support the communication and language development of our customer-facing teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing spoken English proficiency, accent neutralization, customer communication skills, and overall language effectiveness to improve customer interactions and business outcomes.

Working closely with Operations, Quality, and Learning & Development teams, the VNA Trainer will play a key role in building a confident and high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Voice & Accent training programs for new hires and existing employees.
  • Deliver sessions on pronunciation, grammar, fluency, accent neutralization, and communication effectiveness.
  • Assess employee communication skills and identify improvement areas.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to enhance language proficiency and customer interaction skills.
  • Develop and update training materials, assessments, and learning resources.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to address communication-related performance gaps.
  • Monitor trainee progress and maintain training records, reports, and performance metrics.
  • Conduct refresher training and continuous learning initiatives to drive performance improvement.
  • Ensure alignment with client communication standards and business requirements.

Requirements:

• Graduate with 35 years of experience as a Voice & Accent Trainer, Communication Trainer, or similar role within a BPO, Customer Service, or Contact Centre environment.
  • Excellent command over spoken and written English.
  • Strong understanding of phonetics, accent neutralization, pronunciation, and communication coaching techniques.
  • Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in conducting communication assessments and calibration sessions.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and implement targeted training interventions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with LMS platforms is an advantage.
